In the past 3 days we’ve seen sites get shut down by web agencies who have such a poor client/supplier relationship that they’ve shut down the client site. Why? Easy- they don’t deliver. They don’t do what they said they’d do. They extort monthly fees for hosting that are many times actual cost. They don’t allow you to replace their services.
